Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items such as custom or personalized products are not eligible for return. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at shopinggoo.com@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your items back.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
